2 Worlds 1 Sky

I read a quote once about how people look up at the same moon, but feel like they live in different worlds. That is what inspired this piece - the dichotomy of being in a world where two people can live in the same world but have such extremely different experiences in life, based on gender, race, religion. Two women, in the same world, with the same goals, but having to take two completely different paths in life. I hope the person who buys this piece, understands this story and appreciates the sentiment behind it.
